BibleIsTrue.com is primarily the research and writings of Brent J. MacDonald. Brent and Angie MacDonald help found Lion Tracks Ministries in New Brunswick, Canada, in 1992. Brent is a pastor, teacher, author, and researcher. He is passionate about researching the historicity Bible events, people, and places. In pursuit of this Brent and Angie have spent extended periods in onsite archaeological and cultural research in the Bible lands. Brent’s seminars focus on Scriptural reliability and proper Biblical interpretation.

As an apologetics and Christian research organization Lion Tracks existed to provide solidly researched articles and ministry materials to Christians and churches worldwide. Since 2002, Brent was also serving with Cottage Cove Urban Ministries in Nashville, Tennessee, and teaching through its Discipleship Training Institute (DTI). To strengthen both ministries, in 2015, the board of Lion Tracks Ministries turned over all aspects of its ministry to Cottage Cove. To the present, Cottage Cove continues Lion Tracks’ teaching ministries, including this website, through its Discipleship Training Institute (DTI).
